Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All deliveries will be sent from our warehouse, Westway. 

It is really important to ensure you have given us the correct billing address. If it is incorrect we may not be able to process your order and you may incur additional costs to your credit/debit card.

Our standard delivery costs £3.95. Your order will arrive in 2-5 days and will require a signature upon delivery.

Next day delivery is available Monday to Friday (no weekends or bank holidays) for £8.50.

 

International Orders

For orders placed within the EU, all prices shown at ethicalstoriesethicalme.com include the applicable VAT rate. If your order is being delivered outside of the EU, VAT will not be charged, however the selling price will remain the same. For any queries around VAT, we recommend contacting HM Customs on 0845 010 9000, or for more information you can also visit hmrc.gov.uk/vat

Ethicalstoriesethicalme.com can ship to the United Kingdom, EEA, Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United States of America. If you want to find out if we can ship to your country and the cost of this, please drop us an email at hello@ethicalstories.com

Import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside our control.

Regrettably, we do not currently offer an express delivery option on international deliveries.

 

Returns

It’s easy to return your item(s) by post. Drop us a line at hello@ethicalstories.com and we will email you a returns form with your full order details. Ensure your goods are securely wrapped and the completed returns form is enclosed. Please note any item must be returned within 14 days from your purchase date. 

When at the post office, make sure you obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate which you should retain until you’ve received your refund. It usually takes between 5-10 working days from the postage date to receive items and process refunds.

Your purchase(s) remain your responsibility until they have been received by our returns team at Westway warehouse, at which point they are the responsibility of Ethical Stories Ethical Me. We are not responsible for any losses in transit.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings.

Products that have been worn/used or are damaged will not be accepted.
